GROUP 1: Ages 18U (Players Invited to this group must be AAA 18U Midget, Junior A, Prep, College or Pro experience)
Group 2: Ages 14-17 (Must be playing at a AA or higher level to be accepted)
On-Ice Development on Tuesday and Thursday Mornings at capital arena (Weeks 6-9 will include Wednesday morning scrimmage)
Off-Ice Training at the Hockey Hut with Healthplex Trainer Matt Wood
Group 2:
On-Ice Development on Tuesday and Thursday Mornings 10:15am-11:15am at Clifton Park Arena
Off-Ice Training at the Hockey Hut with Healthplex Trainer Matt Wood 830am-930am (Should we train this group at the Arena?)

Develop an efficient stride (stride length vs. stride frequency optimization)
Develop advanced edge work and push the player to challenge the status quo of their skating
Improve Lateral agility and movement
Optimize decisions making at game speed
Arrive at Peak Performance and ready for the season
