Capital Arena (formally known as the Clifton Park Ice Arena) is the Capital Region's premier ice skating facility featuring two NHL regulation rinks (200' x 85"). Amenities include:

  • Hockey Programs Through Capital Hockey Academy

  • Fitness Facility

Located in beautiful Clifton Common, we offer ice skating activities year round. Capital Arena is a privately owned and managed ice rink featuring two – NHL size ice rinks. The first rink opened in 1989 by the Town of Clifton Park and is now owned and managed by HealthPlex. 

In 2001, a second NHL size ice rink along with a new lobby and entrance area was constructed to complete a new, updated facility.
